Refund Policy

Our practice sets are digital PDFs delivered instantly after payment. Because the file is made available to you straight away, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. You can check the free sample before you buy.

When we do offer a refund

• You were charged more than once for the same set because of a technical error.
• You were charged but did not get access to the PDF within 24 hours of a successful payment, and we could not fix it.
• The PDF you received is corrupted or is not the set you bought, and we could not replace it with a working file.

How to request a refund

Email team@gpadda.com within 7 days of the purchase with your payment ID and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
